This classic Seattle Craftsman was already a beautiful home, but it needed thoughtful updates to the kitchen and bathrooms to improve both function and flow. My clients wanted to balance bold color with modern convenience while maintaining a sense of timelessness.
In the kitchen, we solved key design challenges, including integrating a wall radiator and cooling unit into the cabinetry and relocating the mudroom doorway to allow for full-depth storage. In the bathrooms, we reworked the layouts entirely, creating spaces that feel intuitive, comfortable, and well considered.
The result is a home that feels fresh, functional, and fully aligned with its historic character.
