This Seattle-classic Craftsman was already a beautiful home, but it needed crucial updates in the kitchen and bathrooms to enhance both functionality and style. My clients wanted to strike a balance between bold color, modern conveniences, and timeless beauty—so that’s exactly what we delivered.
In the kitchen, we tackled design challenges like hiding and incorporating a wall radiator and cooling unit, as well as relocating the mudroom doorway to allow for full-depth cabinetry. For the bathrooms, we completely reworked the floor plans—ensuring no one had to walk in and be greeted by the toilet front and center!
The result? A home that feels fresh, functional, and beautifully in tune with its historic charm.
