Seattle wallingford craftsman
Charm restored
This 1918 Craftsman in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood was lovingly restored to celebrate its rich history while enhancing its timeless charm. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to bring back the home’s original character, ensuring it felt both authentic and refreshed.
From reintroducing board and batten with a vivid wallpaper to transforming the fireplace, stripping and repainting the trim, and skim-coating the plaster, every update honored the home’s century-old craftsmanship. Layered with a beautifully curated mix of furnishings, the result is a space that feels as warm and inviting as ever—a true reflection of its storied past, reimagined for today.
