This 1918 Craftsman in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood was thoughtfully restored to honor its history while enhancing its natural character. Every detail was considered with the goal of creating a space that feels both authentic and refreshed.

From reintroducing board and batten with bold wallpaper to transforming the fireplace, refinishing trim, and skim-coating plaster, each update was approached with care and respect for the home’s original craftsmanship. Layered with a curated mix of furnishings, the result is a space that feels warm, inviting, and deeply connected to its past.
